Nagpur Today: Tommorow 14th November which is celebrated all over the country as Children’s day since it is the birth anniversary of India’s beloved first PM Jawaharlal Nehru whose love for children is legendary.
What better day than this to launch projects for Needy and Underprivileged children of the city?
Nagpur Round Table 83 is doing just that. A well known charitable organisation Nagpur Round Table with a name for selfless service for under privileged, in association with Radiance Hospital, Wardhaman Nagar, is organizing a free health check up camp for children at Jeevan Shikshan Vidyalaya, Parvati Nagar, Near GMC, Nagpur, on this occasion.
Dr. Manoj Purohit of the Radiance Hospital has been kind enough to offer free services for all the children in getting complete body, eye, dental check up and guiding the children about the same. Along with this, the Nagpur Ladies Circle 50, is joining hands with NRT83 for donating and installing water purifier to the School.
The above information was conveyed to NT by Convener Sharad Agrawal. It may be recalled that the ladies wing of Round Table had held a fund raiser event cum Karwa Chauth party called Sagna di shyam. The money raised through this will be spent on many more such events.
Tablers hence informed that they are striving hard to get involvement of more and more people in helping the needy, and joining hands with them for such social cause and more events.
