Nagpur: A gruesome murder shocked the city once again after a man was brutally stabbed to death by his nephew and two accomplices in the Talmale Wadi area. The incident, which took place under the jurisdiction of the Pardi Police Station, has sent shockwaves across Nagpur.
The deceased has been identified as Doma Krishnaji Kumbhare (46), resident of Balaji Nagar, Pardi Layout, while the prime accused is his nephew Kunal Devendra Kumbhare (23), resident of Naik Talav, Panchpaoli, police said.

On Thursday evening, Doma Kumbhare was riding his two-wheeler when his nephew, along with two friends, allegedly followed him. In Talmale Wadi, the trio intercepted Doma and launched a violent knife attack, stabbing him multiple times. Doma collapsed in a pool of blood and died on the spot.
After committing the crime, the accused fled the scene. Police teams from Pardi Police Station and the Crime Branch rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area. A manhunt has been launched, with special squads deployed to trace the accused.
Preliminary investigation suggests a personal dispute may have led to the murder, though the exact motive is yet to be confirmed.
This incident comes amid a disturbing rise in murder cases across Nagpur in recent weeks, causing fear among residents. Police have appealed to the public to share any information related to the accused with the nearest police station immediately.
