Nagpur doctor’s laptop stolen from car in MP

A doctor from Nagpur received a “muggy treatment” in a Madhya Pradesh town when his car glass got smashed and a laptop and other goods were stolen by some criminals on Friday (June 13).

According to reports, Dr Ashish Bhanudas Akhuj (33), working in Nagpur District Hospital and a resident of B-402, Neelgagan Housing Board Society, Dhantoli had gone to Narsinghpur in Madhya Pradesh by his car (MH-31/DK 3613). Dr Ashish visited the town for meeting his friend Dr Dheeraj Yadav who is also posted at District Hospital. Dr Ashish parked his car on main road near a blood bank and went inside the District Hospital to meet Dr Dheeraj Yadav.

However, when he came out after sometime, he was shocked to find glasses of his car broken and the laptop and other material missing. Dr Ashish Akhuj immediately lodged a complaint with a police station in this connection. Although police reached the spot and carried out preliminary investigation, they have not succeeded in arresting the burglars till the filing of this report.
