Nagpur Cricket Academy to hold tournament from May 8

Nagpur: Nagpur Cricket Academy (NCA), under the banner of CDCC, one of the oldest clubs of Central India, will be organizing a cricket tournament for U-16 boys from May 8.

The ten-day long tourney will be played between 4 teams on round robin league basis. The top two teams will clash in the final which will be played on May 16 and 17.

The matches will be of two-day duration with each innings restricted to maximum 70 overs. Due to scorching summer, the matches will be played from 6 am to 11.30 am.

The matches will be played on two grounds simultaneously — Kurvey Public School ground, Deeshabhoomi Square and Central Railway ground, Ajni.

Team A: Yash Kadam (C), Mandar Mahalle, Pragat Totla, Mehul Buty, Aman Dehankar, Darshan Bhajan, Sanket Khedkar (WK), Sandesh Durugwar, Shreyas Sonwane, Prasad Manekar, Dushyant Tekam, Arselan Rizvi.

Team B: Nayan Chauhan (C), Manthan Parteki, Aman Mokhade, Ketan Alshi, Nimish Karosiya, Manan Dosi, Gulam Ali, Bharat Naidu (WK), Aavesh Shaikh, Umesh Madne, Vighnesh Nimje, Milind Bawankar, Kedar Jagtap.

Team C: Prerit Agrawal (C), Satyam Sharma (WK), Dhamender Singh, Siddhant Agrawal, Ajnan Hussain, Siddesh Dandewar, Shubham Sharma, Pravesh Asudani, Deb Jamdar, Raghav Meghe, Russel Chattaraj, Tanush Tahilramani, Aniket Pande (WK).
