Nagpur: Shocking new details have emerged in the case involving the alleged abuse of an Air Force jawan’s wife, with information contained in the First Information Report (FIR) revealing a pattern of coercion, intimidation, and exploitation. The complainant has accused the main accused, Ayaz Madare, of blackmailing her, forcing her to consume beef, and compelling her into a nikah against her will.
A covert video recording reportedly made by the victim’s friend has emerged as a crucial piece of evidence in the investigation, providing police with significant material to support their probe.
Exploited Victim’s Vulnerable Family Situation
According to the FIR, the victim was in a particularly vulnerable position. Her mother had passed away, and her elderly father lived alone. With no siblings to confide in and fearing social stigma as well as her father’s reaction, she allegedly remained silent about the abuse for an extended period.

The complaint alleges that the accused took advantage of this isolation and repeatedly subjected her to harassment and intimidation.
Shifted to Flat Near IT Garden
The FIR states that the accused allegedly pressured the victim to vacate her previous accommodation and move into a two-bedroom flat near IT Garden in Mankapur, which she shared with a friend.
The accused is alleged to have frequently visited the apartment and threatened the victim. During one such visit, the victim’s friend reportedly left her mobile phone recording in another room. The footage allegedly captured the accused performing rituals, chanting incantations, and engaging in what the complainant described as occult practices.
Allegation of Forced Nikah and Beef Consumption
The complainant has alleged that on May 31, 2025, she was taken to Tamia in Madhya Pradesh, where she was forced into a nikah in the presence of a maulana inside a secluded room. She further alleged that she was compelled to consume beef during the incident.
The FIR states that fear of family repercussions and concerns about the impact on her marriage prevented her from approaching the authorities for nearly a year.
Two Arrested, Search On for Maulana
Following the complaint, Sonegaon Police arrested the main accused, Ayaz Taj Madare, along with his associate, Aamir Sheikh. Police teams have reportedly been dispatched to Madhya Pradesh to trace the maulana allegedly involved in the incident.
Accused Allegedly Monitored Husband’s Movements
Investigators have also found that the accused allegedly kept track of the victim’s husband, who serves in the Indian Air Force. According to the complaint, he would force the victim to reveal details about when her husband was on leave in Nagpur and when he would return to duty.
The FIR alleges that the accused avoided visiting the victim while her husband was in the city but resumed contact and harassment after he left.
Police officials said the investigation is ongoing and all aspects of the allegations are being examined.
