The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will conduct the supplementary examinations for class 10th and class 12th students from tomorrow, July 17.
All the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) students who could not score a passing marks in any of the subjects will sit for the exams to be hosted in various centres across Maharashtra.
Meanwhile, the viva test for SSC and HSC have already begun on July 9 and will be continued till July 16 in all nine divisions of the state including Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur and Konkan.
The SSC exams will be conducted till August 2, and the HSC exams will end on August 4. On the other hand, the minimum competency vocational courses examination for HSC will also begin from July 17 till August 2. The state board has published a detailed notice along with the date sheet of all the three exams on its official website; mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in.
In fact, the timetables have also been sent to the schools and junior colleges before the exams. Further, the candidates must confirm their subject papers and appear for the exams accordingly.
Applications for the MSBSHSE supplementary exams 2018 for both class 10th and class 12th were accepted till June 25.
The Maharashtra Board announced the class 10th board exam results on June 8 in which 125 students scored 100 per cent with a pass percentage of 89.41%. On the other hand, class 12th board exam results were released on May 30, and the pass percentage stood at 88.41%.
