Nagpur News : Mohammad Kalam, Secretary of Nagpur Central Tanzim Committee, has filled his nomination for the forthcoming Wakf Board elections scheduled to be held on February 11. 354 candidates from across the state have filed their nominations. There are two 10 candidates for two seats. Members from all over Vidarbha have congratulated Kalam for his nomination and wished for his victory.
Application forms for Haj pilgrimage 2013 invited
The Nagpur Central Tanzim Committee started distribution of application forms for Haj Pilgrimage 2013 to be held in September of October this year. So far, 2,000 forms have already been distributed. Committee President Haji Qadiir Mohd Kalam, Shahid Naseem Khan, Aziz Khan, Iqbal Bera and other were present at the form distribution. Kalam said that forms will be distributed till March 30. Applications of 3,500-4,000 are expected this year.
A Haj Cell 2013 was also inaugurated at Tanzim Khadimul Hujjaj Committee, Mominpura office at the hands of Haji Sheikh Farid. Alhad Mohd Iliyas Ansari, Chairman, Jama Masjid presided over the programme. Haji Mohd Shareef, Secretary of Jama Masjid Sajeed Anwar, Haji Rahim, Shaida Mukadam, and Mohd Wasim Kallan were present prominently. During the programme, Secretrary Javed Akhtar gave detailed information about Haj pilgrimage application forms.
Islam Jafar, Mohd Idris, Munna bhai, Mohd Ashfaq, Mohd Sadiq, Mohd Shabbir, Shahabuddin, Mohd Naeem, Jia-ur-Rehman, Ansari, Mohd Aabid, Moin Akhtar, Mohd Ishaq Guddu and others worked hard for the success of the event.
