Ministers Ram Shinde, Atram visit constable injured in Naxal firing in Gadchiroli District

Maharashtra Minister of State for Home Ram Shinde and Minister of State for Tribal Development Ambarish Atram on Monday visited Orange City Hospital and Research Centre and enquired about heath of a police constable who was injured in Naxal firing in Gadchiroli District.

The police constable Dudhram Charandas Chavare, part of Special Anti-Naxal Squad of Gadchiroli District Police Force was injured in December 6 Naxal attack. He received bullet injury on his left leg. Chavare was air lifted by a helicopter and brought to Orange City Hospital. The Ministers Ram Shinde and Ambarish Atram visited the Hospital and enquired about the injured policeman’s heath. Dr Tushar Bhure, treating the cop, apprised the Ministers about his condition.

Others who were present on the occasion include MLAs Mitesh Bhangdiya, Sanjay Bhegde, Bhimrao Tapkir and Gadchiroli District Police Welfare Branch In-Charge PSI Shivshant Khose.
