Nagpur News : A young woman lodged a complaint of molestation with Jaripatka police station on Fridayagainst a middle-aged man. The man has been identified Pramod Bagde (40), a resident of Kalamna.
According to the complainant, the 40-year-old accused barged into the house of the 29-year-old victim while she was busy in the household work in her bedroom. Pramod saw her in the bedroom and grabbed the opportunity to outrage her modesty. The woman started shouting for help and thus Pramod escaped from the house.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim, Jaripatka police have registered an offence under Sections 354 (a) of the IPC and booked the accused. Further investigations are under way.
