Anish has memorized answers to two thousand questions across these subjects. Behind Anish’s remarkable success is the special contribution of his grandmother, Smita Pandit. While battling cancer, Smita Pandit imparted values and knowledge to Anish, which has led to him being recognized as the “Google Boy” at the tender age of six.

Anish came to live with his grandmother in Nagpur when he was just two years old. Anish’s father, Anupam, had to move cities frequently for his job, so his mother, Kalyani Khedkar, stayed in Nagpur with her parents for some time. Initially, when Anish was just learning to walk and talk, he was fascinated by pictures of space. The interest in space shown by a mere two-year-old was astonishing. This marked the beginning of shaping Anish’s extraordinary intelligence.

Anish is particularly interested in space science and knows 500 facts about space. Additionally, he can recite the capitals of 195 countries and locate them on a map, including identifying which continent they are in. He also knows about 50 world monuments. When it comes to the states of India and their capitals, he is well-versed, and he can identify logos of 150 cars. His knowledge of global currencies is astounding. Furthermore, he has extensive knowledge about rockets, jet fighters, fighter helicopters, and missions like Mangalyaan, Chandrayaan, Gaganyaan, and Aditya L1.

Anish was just two years old when he came to stay with his grandmother, Smita Pandit, in Nagpur. His mother, Kalyani, and grandmother, Smita Pandit, started nurturing Anish’s development. New information and experiments became a daily routine at Smita Pandit’s home. Gradually, Anish began to excel in numerous subjects.

Everything was going smoothly until Smita Pandit was suddenly diagnosed with cancer. Despite undergoing treatments and enduring the excruciating pain of chemotherapy, she never let it disrupt Anish’s studies. During her pregnancy, Anish’s mother, Kalyani Khedkar, also read and studied various subjects including space science, international affairs, culture, and education. According to Smita Pandit, these efforts have had a positive impact on Anish, which is evident today.
