Mayor stresses development of roads with joint efforts of NMC, Land Records Deopartment

Mayor Pravin Datke on Wednesday directed the NMC Engineers and City Land Records Department officials to jointly sort of the nagging pending problems to facilitate development of roads in accordance with Sanctioned Development Control Regulations for Nagpur City.

The directives were issued in a meeting of City Land Records Department held at Mayor’s Chamber on Wednesday. Others who attended the meeting include Chairman of Standing Committee Ramesh Shingare, Superintendent of Land Records Department Morey, Land Record Officers Deshmukh, Thakre, Rithe, Executive Engineer (Public Works) Dilip Jamgade, Deputy Engineer (Town Planning) Bhute, and other officials.

The Mayor brought to the notice of Superintendent of Land Records Department the pending works of road measurement of 10 various roads that was obstructing development. Similarly, the Mayor pointed out several other aspects that were causing difficulties and delay in development of roads in accordance with the  Sanctioned Development Control Regulations for Nagpur City. The roads include Model Mill Square to C P & Berar College (18 meter width), Gandhi Statue Square to Badkas Square to Mahal Square to C P & Berar College (24 meter width).
