Many pressing issues like RTMNU budget, annual report, convocation, Academic Council’s resolutions etc were also to be tabled before the Management Council’s meeting, to be deliberated and finalized during the scheduled Management Council meeting.
According to Senate Member Mahendra Nimbarte, the meeting got deferred due to ‘Short Notice Call’ he claimed. He claimed that he had asked the RTMNU administration to take up the Management meeting on March 1, to discuss and find out an amicable solution to various pending issues. Had the Management Council meeting held according to schedule on March 1, prior to the convening of the Academic Council meeting held on March 5, the administration could have put before the Court the decisions in a proper manner, claimed Nimbarte.
However, since the entire schedule was disturbed and things not going in the manner that it should have gone many vital decisions have been deferred.
