Nagpur: Wathoda police have booked a man on the charges of outraging modesty of his ex-wife and thrashing her second husband near Swaminarayan Mandir on Wednesday, September 15.
The complainant (27) told police that her former husband Manish Babarao Miskin phoned her and called her near Swaminarayan Mandir around 4.15 pm on Wednesday. When she and her second husband went to the spot, the accused Manish and his associate Prabhudas Gulab Ramteke (35) started abusing the woman’s second husband and thrashed him severely. When she tried to save him, the accused Manish Miskin and Prabhudas Ramteke indulged in vulgar acts and molested her publicly.
Wathoda police constable Jaipal Patle, acting on her complaint, booked the two accused under Sections 354, 323, 504, 34 of the IPC. No arrest has been made in the case so far.
In another incident, a man has been booked by Mankapur police for clicking indecent video of his own daughter and uploading it on social media.
The 33-year old complainant, resident of Mankapur area, said that his accused husband Alvind Jo Francis (35) clicked an objectionable video of his own daughter and uploaded the video on social media. Thus the accused outraged the modesty of his own daughter.
Mankapur ASI Tumdam registered a case under Sections 354, 354(C) of the IPC read with Section 67 of IT Act. Further probe is underway.
