Nagpur: In an atrocious incident, a middle aged man exploited a 15-year old girl sexually. More shocking, a woman relative of the victimized girl played a nasty role by abetting the heinous act deliberately. Both the accused man and the woman have been booked.
According to details, the pervert accused Mangal Suralkar (40) of Fule Nagar exploited the 15-year old girl sexually from 2014 to August 2016. The victimized girl narrated the heinous act of Mangal to her woman relative from time to time. But instead of helping the minor girl, the woman relative played the nasty role of abetting the crime and allowed exploitation of the helpless girl at the hands of the accused. Finally, the victimized girl lodged a complaint with Koradi police.
Acting on the complaint, Koradi PSI Bonde booked both the accused under Sections 354, 354(D)(1)(1) of the IPC read with Sub-Sections 8, 11(4), 12, 19(1), 21 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and launched an in-depth probe into the case.
