Man drugged youth, stole laptop, cell phone

Nagpur News : Railway police has arrested a 55-year-old man for allegedly stealing laptop and mobile from youth by giving him drug-laced coffee. Suresh Khanchandani, a resident of Jaripatka will be interrogated for three days in police custody.

According to the police, Khanchandani and his two friends, had offered a drug-laced coffee to 21-year-old Praneet Bisen before stealing his laptop and cell phone from Shivnath Express. Bisen has claimed in his police complaint that around three men has befriended with him while he was waiting for the train to come at central railway station. One of them had forced him to drink a cup of coffee with them. Later, minutes after boarding the train, he felt sleepy. He woke up after few hours to find his laptop and cell phone stolen.

Railway police has earlier registered a case against unidentified accused. During investigation, police nabbed Khanchandani from central railway station.
