Nagpur: A 24-year-old Jaripatka based woman has accused a Nandanvan based man of defaming, molesting her and also abusing her husband between Jan 21 and March 8, this year.
Jaripatka police have booked accused Kunal Rambhau Gadekar (29) resident of Darshan Nagar, Nandanvan regarding this incident.
A 24-year-old survivor told police that accused Gadekar used to intercept her way, on the regular basis. On few occasion he dialled her husband and abused him over phone call, leaving him no choice but to question his spouse’s character, alleged victim.
Following the complaint of the survivor, Jaripatka police have registered a case under section 354 (A)(D), 341 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and started the probe.
