Nagpur News: A quarrel over minor accident between a youth and a middle-aged man turned all bloody when the man attacked the youth and left him grievously injured. The man has been charges of attempt to murder by Yashodhara Nagar police and was taken into custody.
Police informed Mohd Ayub Sheikh Yusuf (24) was on his scooter when he accidently hit motorcycle of Saiyyed Afsar Saiyyed Sadar (44), a resident of Yashodhara Nagar on Wednesday at 12 noon. This ignited a quarrel between the two. However, this quarrel turned serious and overpowered with anger, Saiyyed took out an iron bad and smashed it on Ayub’s head. Ayub sustained serious injuries in the attack. Onlookers grabbed Saiyyed before he could flee the spot and informed Yashodhara Nagar police about the incident. Meanwhile, Ayub was admitted to Indira Gandhi Government Medical College and Hospital for further treatment.
Saiyyed was handed over to cops who have registered an offence under Sections 326 of the IPC and started their investigations.
