Man attacked for complaining to anti-encroachment drive

Nagpur News: Four people attacked a 42-year-old man who complaint against them at anti-encroachment drive. The incident took place under the jurisdiction of Tehsil police station area on Friday afternoon.

Raju Bhunje had complaint about an illegal eatery set up behind his house at Pachpaoli to anti-encroachment drive. Taking an immediate action on the complaint, the anti-encroachment drive member removed an eatery. Infuriated over this, eatery owners-Khemchand Bhisikar, Chandrashekhar Bhisikar, Amol Bhisikar, and Umesh Bhisikar- ransacked Bhunje’s house and attacked him.

Tehsil police has arrested all four.
