Nagpur : In a frightening incident, Koradi police have arrested a man on the charges of outraging modesty of his niece. The accused has been identified as Dipak Kale (32).
A 29-year-old woman, in her police complaint, said that her uncle molested her on Wednesday night and also warned her of dire consequences. The survivor however mustered courage and rushed to Koradi police station and narrated her ordeal.
Acting on the complaint, Koradi police registered a case and arrested the accused under sections 354, 504, 506, 323 of IPC.
