Nagpur/Aurangabad: According to ABP Majha report in Maharashtra Today the police officials may land in trouble for getting political recommendation for their transfer. The State Home Ministry has indicated action against the 42 police inspectors who have got recommendations.
These police inspectors had attached recommendation letter from MLAs, Ministers and other political leaders for their transfers. A written clarification has been demanded in this regard and then the action will be taken.
The home ministry has given the names of those 42 police inspectors giving political recommendations for transfer and so a written clarification would be taken from them.
Among those who gave political recommendation letters are MInister Vinod Tawde, Girish Bapat, Chandrakantdada Patil and a number of MLAs and political leaders.
