Nagpur: While Maharashtra Post and Telegraph circle has a plan to install 75 ATMs across the state, Nagpur city is going to receive 16 ATMs in different areas.
Accordingly, Mumbai zone will receive 17 ATMs, Aurangabad zone 17 and Goa 14. Pune city will have 11 ATMs, said the postal department sources, adding that so far the department has successfully installed 11 ATMs, and by the end of this month Mumbai will receive 2 more ATMs, one at Dadar and the other at Chichbandar.
For the time being 2 each ATMs are functioning at Nagpur, Goa andAurangabad while 3 ATMs are functioning at Pune.
Sources further said, the suitable places for ATM at Nagpur are yet to be decided. However, the customers can make transactions under customer core banking solutions.
