The Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi made the concept of Satya and Ahimsa as the basis of the struggle for Independence from the foreign rule. May the teachings of Bhagwan Mahavira continue to guide us on the path of peace, harmony and compassion. I extend my heartiest greetings to the people of Maharashtra on the joyous occasion of Mahavira Jayanti.”
