Maha Metro to launch Sitabuldi-Lokmanya Nagar rides soon

Nagpur: After Khapri-Sitabuldi, MahaMetro is all set close to starting operations between Lokmanya Nagar and Subhash Nagar Metro Stations as the works of laying track on Lokmanya Nagar to Sitabuldi this route has been completed in 19 months. Work on erecting OHE cable is also going on in fast pace and is expected to be completed very soon.

MahaMetro had launched commercial operations in Reach-I from Khapri to Sitabuldi and the frequency of services has also been increased with hourly trains.

Similar to that of Reach-I. MahaMetro has used 1080 grade head hardened rails on this route too. The 1080 grade rails are so manufactured to ensure that the surface on which across the country. Head train moves has additional Hardened Rails support strength.

With track laying over and OHE cable work on the verge of com-pletion, Metro Train ride from Sitabuldi to Lokmanya Nagar would be a reality soon.
