Kurvey’s New Model School pumped in two goals in a sizzling display of attacking hockey to post a 2-1 victory over St. Joseph Vidyalaya on the 19th day of VHA League Under-17 School Tournament, on Sunday.
The first goal and second goal came in the 14th minute and 43rd minute into the first and second half respectively by Saurav Patel from Kurvey’s New Model School in the first match.
While in the second match, St. Joseph Vidyalaya made mockery of the Anjuman English High School with a 5-0 win. It was a spectacular performance by the St. Joseph Vidyalaya in the second half that saw them win by a huge margin over the Anjuman English High School. Nilesh Kathoute from St. Joseph struck three goals on 17th min, 43rd min and 48th min.
