New Delhi: Former minister Kapil Mishra was heckled and dragged out of the Delhi Assembly today.

The Assembly met at a special session today to discuss and pass the GST bill.

Mishra said he had written to the Speaker saying he wanted to make a statement against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and health minister Satyendra Jain.

But, he said, the moment he stood up to speak, the Speaker asked marshalls to escort him outside the Assembly.

However, other AAP MLAs said Mishra was raising slogans against the Delhi CM and the health minister.

Following this, Mishra was dragged out of the Assembly.

Mishra, once a close confidant of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, had levelled corruption charges against him and other AAP leaders, an allegation which the party has junked.

Mishra said he would expose the party at a meeting at Constitution Club on June 8.
