d141317-largeNagpur News: Many changes have taken place in e-filing of tax audit report, keeping this in mind Nagpur Branch of WIRC of ICAI organized a panel discussion on issues under tax sudit and e-filing under Income Tax Act. Regional Council Member CA Julfesh Shah led, the discussion and updated members about various flaws noticed by ICAI and Income Tax department in e-filing of tax audit report. He further guided on certain particulars queries of the members. He also updated the activity over developments at WIRC.

Earlier, chairman of Nagpur Branch of ICAI, Swapnil Agrawal in his welcome address said that tax audit season is on and various new provisions incorporated in tax audit, however we should keep ourselves updated over various updates and various issues arising in such topics.

This panel discussion will provide firsthand knowledge of the subject. Panelist Manoj Loya updated over changes in tax audit report and said that related party disclosure now need proper reading of the provisions. He also discussed various queries of the members and resolved effectively.

Panelist Shambhu Tekriwal deliberated on the FAQ”s issued by the Income Tax Department in association with ICAI. He effectively discussed important points like depreciation chart, scanning & uploading report. Panelist CA Sanjay Agrawal also discussed the issues in tax audit and guided the members. Panelist CA Yash Verma presented his paper on queries faced by CA”s while doing tax audit especially e-filing of such report.

The entire panelist discussed the queries of member present and given guidance wherever require. CA Sandeep Jotwani co-ordinates the proceeding and CA Suren Duragkar, proposed a formal vote of thanks. Prominently present on the occasion were CA Swapnil Ghate, CA Kirit Kalyani, CA Abhijit Kelkar, Past Chairman, CA Satish Laddad, CA Girdharilal Sharma, CA Nitin Ranka, and CA Yogesh Agrawal.
