Nagpur: In an audacious act, a juvenile delinquent entered the house of a 14-year old girl and molested her by indulging in obscene acts. The incident occurred on Thursday night in Imamwada area. The teenage offender entered the house of the girl when other family members were had gone out. The accused resorted to vulgar acts and molested the girl.
Imamwada PSI A R Shinde has registered a case against the accused juvenile delinquent under Sections 354(A)(I)(1), 454 of the IPC read with Sub-Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
