Nagpur: Incessant rains on Monday evening crippled life in Nagpur. Water-logging stalled vehicular traffic across the city. Citizens residing in low-lying areas had harrowing time as rainwater entered their houses. The situation for them turned dreadful when power got snapped as usual.
