Nagpur: The Institute of ICAI (Chartered Accountants of India) declared CA-IPCC results 2017 today. Gaurav Sarawagi, a resident of Churu (Rajasthan) bagged first prize with 80.71 percent.
The second and third ranks were secured by Maharashtra. Ronak Rajendra Jain (Nashik) and Hasan Mohammad Ibrahim Iqbal (Nagpur) appeared at second and third positions respectively. More than two lakh candidates had appeared for the examination in 443 centres globally.
CA-IPCC examination is stage-II for the CA aspirants. After passing this stage, the students will move to the final stage to become the certified Chartered Accountant professional.
