Nagpur: Chartered Accountant Kirti Agrawal, Immediate Past Chairperson of Nagpur Branch of ICAI, has been nominated by the Career Counseling Committee (CCC), ICAI, New Delhi, as Member of Task Force for Nagpur. The Institute has constituted a non-standing committee i.e. Career Counselling Committee for promoting the Commerce education with special focus on CA course amongst Secondary, Higher Secondary and other students as well as society at large.
The committee aims to promote the Commerce Education with special focus on CA course amongst Secondary, Senior/ Higher Secondary, Graduate/Post Graduate students as well as other stakeholders through Information Technology i.e. creation of Committee’s website, using of mobile technology & using of such other tools.
The committee will continue to suggest/ provide inputs for commerce education syllabus, study material and other aspects of commerce education delivery system, guidelines to enable it to integrate & align with commerce education.
It conducts career counselling and gives advice to students at various level of education and it aims to interact & collaborate with universities, Institutions of Higher Learning, National/ State Boards, Professional Organisations, Professional Accounting bodies & other entities of India & Abroad to exchange/ receive information aligning with the objectives.
