  • Divide the chapters  into different branches of science

You must know that there are many different branches of science. The main three branches of science are Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. To read the science subject of class 7 for better understanding, it is recommended that all the students divide their syllabus chapters into 3 main different branches of science. Read the chapters branch-wise and read the rest of the chapters as general science.

For example- chapters no. 4, 13, 14, and 15 are the chapters of Physics so read all these 4 chapters in a continuous sequence. Similarly, chapters no. 10, 11, and 12 are the chapters of Biology hence read all these 3 chapters in a continuous sequence. Read chapters 4 and 5 in a continuous sequence as they are chapters of Chemistry. Read the rest of the chapters also in continuous sequence as they are chapters of General science and their concepts are not related to each other. Using this method can help you in understanding the class 7 science more interestingly and engagingly.

  • Solve the worksheets more as much as you can

To understand subjects like science and to grasp the concept deeply, it is recommended to all the students to solve worksheets more and more as much as they can. When you solve the worksheets and give answers to the questions then you will have an idea about your understanding of the concept and hence you can decide where you have to work more and in which section you are good at.

  • Don’t skip any single exercise and test

The most popular way to analyze the understanding of the subjects is doing exercises and taking part in every test. If you are using NCERT books then you must know that the book is designed in such a way that includes concepts with interesting examples and experiments, and provides exercises for each chapter. Therefore to check where you are good at and where not you have to solve every exercise of the chapter without skipping any single question and all the students must take part in all the tests taken by the science teacher.

Many students do not take part in tests because they have fear of failure. If you are also afraid of failure or afraid of getting fewer marks in the class so you have to change your mindset and do not give tests for numbers only you should give tests for examining your understanding level of the concepts of each chapter.

Conclusion

Only reading books is not enough in the current scenario as the competition level is very high among the students and it is getting higher day by day. Therefore strengthening the concepts and deepening the understanding level is mandatory now for all the students. Because they are going to face more competition in the upcoming days. So having command of the basic concepts is one of the most important things for the students, especially in subjects like science. Surely, the above article is helpful for all the students if they apply all the methods strictly and maintain a discipline for study regularly.
