House burgled in Nandanvan

Nagpur: Gold ornaments and cash collectively worth Rs 2.20 lakh were stolen from a house situated in Tarodi Bujurg area of Nandanvan Police Station on Monday.

Ruchi Laxman Devgade, a resident of Tarodi Bujurg, near Government Hospital, had gone to somewhere at 10.30 am.
Grabbing the opportunity, the thief entered the house after breaking open latch of front door and walked away with gold-silver ornaments and cash collectively worth Rs 2.20 lakh.

The theft came to fore at 11.30 pm when Ruchi returned home at 11.30 pm. She raised an alarm and call the police. Nandanvan police have registered the case under Sections 454 and 380 of IPC.
