Hotelier attacked murderously by two goons over bill money in Old Mangalwari

Nagpur: A dispute over bill money led two goons attack hotelier murderously in Old Mangalwari area on Friday night. A search has been mounted to nab the two absconding accused.

According to a complaint lodged by Dnyaneshwar Namdevrao Dhenge (50), resident of Old Mangalwari, who owns Pintu Saoji Bhojanalaya in the same area, the two accused Sunny Samudre and his accomplice came to the hotel around 11.30 pm on Friday when Dnyaneshwar was closing it. The two accused demanded food in parcel.

Dnyaneshwar, accordingly, handed over the food parcel and demanded bill money from the two accused. However, the two goons resorted to quarrelling with Dnyaneshwar over bill amount. The brawl took a bloody turn when the accused Sunny Samudre and his accomplice attacked Dnyaneshwar with sharp-edged weapons and inflicted deep injuries on his head with the intention of eliminating him. After the attack, the two accused fled the scene and went absconding.

On the basis of a complaint of Dnyaneshwar Dhenge, Lakadganj PSI N T Gosavi has booked the two accused goons under Sections 307, 34 of IPC and mounted a search to apprehend the absconding duo.
