“Indiya Oye” the Indian Specialty Restaurant at Radisson Blu Hotel, Nagpur is offering authentic Indian Cuisine and Regional Specialties under one roof is all set to launch mouthwatering offerings to dazzle and delight taste buds of its patrons, amidst setting which is highly refined and yet unmistakably earthy, with design, fixtures and furnishings that capture the character and quirks of India.
New specialties to the menu includes an array of Vegetarian Dishes such as Hare Tawe Ke Kabab, Achari Kumbh Kurkure the signature Oye Khaas Kofta and Non-vegetarian Dishes such as Talli Murghi, Dahi Gosht, Babari Mahi Seekh and for sweeter tooth Kesar Aur Anjeer Ki Phirni to drool over. The menu also features timeless classics as well as contemporary interpretations of cuisines as deliciously wide ranging as Chettinad, Awadhi, Goan, Punjabi, Kashmiri, Rajasthani and Maharshtrian.
One of the USP’s Indiya Oye is Master Chef Vishal Kumar who leads Indiya Oye Kitchen and its Live Kitchen allows guests to watch in awe as Chef’s churning out Exotic Dishes and breads such as the Ulte Tawe Ka Paratha of the north-west frontier. Another key highlight of Live Kitchen is its separate cooking counters for Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian food & interactive halwai kitchen dispensing Indiya Oye special Banarasi Palak Patta Chaat, Jalebis and other mouthwatering sweets.
Blending into the rustic ambience of the restaurant are the specially designed cutleries used to serve the food. China, earthen and copper plates add to the visual element whereas dishes such as Baingan Ka Bharta and Chole are cooked in iron Kadhais to enhance the taste. On each table, a specially designed center condiments set comprising of 4 different types chutneys and other condiments.
