Nagpur: A notorious goon facing murder, attempt to murder, possessing weapons, causing injuries and other serious offences was externed from Nagpur city and district for a period of one year.
Pawan Sunderlal Gaur (27), resident of Santra Market, Kumbharpura, under Ganeshpeth police jurisdiction, was banished by Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone 3, invoking the Section 57(1)(A)(1) of Maharashtra Police Act 1951. The stringent action follows the goon Pawan Gaur’s involvement in a number of crimes including murder, attempt to murder, possessing arms, causing injuries, etc. The criminal has been banished from Nagpur city and district for one year from 23.12.2017.
