Nagpur: The Department of Mechanical Engineering of Guru Nanak Institute of Technology recently organised an industrial visit for VII Semester at Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, Central Workshop, MIDC, Hingna Road. P V Chintakuntalwar, Supervisor Engine Section, demonstrated and explained various sections of the workshop.
The raw material needed for building the state transport buses are manufactured at the workshop. The visit was arranged under the guidance of Prof NarendraWadaskar, HoD, Mechanical Engineering. Prof Satish Markad and Prof Avinash Mankar worked hard for the success of the visit.
The students were accompanied by Prof Satish Markad and Prof Rahul Sanghi. Sardar Navneet Singh Tuli, CMD, GNI; Tanpreet Singh Tuli, MD, GNI; Dr Sanjeev Shrivastava, CEO, GNI and Dr Sudhir Shelke, Principal appreciated the efforts of the faculty members.
