- Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
- Handle all guests and internal customer complaints and inquires in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationship
- Meet and greet all VIP guests, assist them with registration and escort them to the room
- Handle guest complaints, concerns
- Assist in taking guest check in and check out
- You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Good communication and inter personal skills
- Pleasing personality
- Good computer knowledge
- Able to work in shifts
