Guest Service Officer, Front Desk – Hyatt Regency Mumbai





Job Description:-

  • Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
  • Handle all guests and internal customer complaints and inquires in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationship
  • Meet and greet all VIP guests, assist them with registration and escort them to the room
  • Handle guest complaints, concerns
  • Assist in taking guest check in and check out
  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.


  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Good communication and inter personal skills
  • Pleasing personality
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Able to work in shifts
