Guardian Minister performs “Bhoomipujan” of Rs 1.40 cr Gurugovindsingh Sports Complex

गुरुगोविंदसिंग स्टेडिअमचे भुमिपुजन फोटो 2Nagpur News: Guardian Minister of Nagpur District Nitin Raut on Sunday (August 10) performed ‘Bhoomipujan’ (Ground-breaking ceremony) of Gurugovindsingh Sports Complex being constructed at Vanjri area of Nagpur. The Sports Complex is being built at the cost Rs 1.40 crore in a 4-acre land.

“The Sikh community has always strived for maintaining Indian culture,” said while performing ‘Bhoomipujan’ of the Sports Complex aptly named after Gurugovindsingh.

Others who were present on the occasion include Amrutsingh Lamba, Malkhit Singh, Paramjit Singh Bal, Gurvinder Singh, Gurkhan Singh, Narendrasingh Dhir, Parvinder Singh, Raja Shandu, Major Pal Singh, Kalyansingh, Tripal Singh and others.

Annabhau Sathe Cultural and Memorial Hall inaugurated:

The Guardian Minister also inaugurated Annabhau Sathe Cultural and Memorial Hall constructed at Chinchbhuvan, Wardha Road in Nagpur. The Hall has been built by Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) at the cost of Rs 4.20 crore.

NIT Chairman Pravin Darade and Chairman of Annabhau Sathe Smarak Trust Shyamrao Nikhade felicitated the Guardian Minister Nitin Raut on the occasion. Others who were present include Lahanuji Ingle, Prof Ashok Kamble, Manoj Shende, Raju Pradhan, Harish Paydhan, Sanjay Nikhade and others.
