Grievance redressal officer to be appointed under MGNREGS

Nagpur: The central government is going to appoint a grievance redressal officer for Nagpur district for implementation of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MNGREGS). The eligibility criteria is as follows:
a) Graduate from any discipline, b) Experience of at least 20 years in public administration, law, social work, education or management, c) Candidate should be resident of Nagpur district, d) Age: Not more than 66 years as on April 1, 2015, e) Candidate should not be linked to any political party, f) Candidate should be well built in physique, and must be capable of touring the remote areas of the district and carry out inspection work.
The appointment would be made for a period of two years subject to satisfactory working. His office will be attached to district collectorate headquarters, Nagpur. His emoluments/ honorarium will be Rs 1000 per sitting (maximum Rs 20,000 per month)

The interested candidates may send their applications (on the prescribed format) with requisite proofs of their educational qualification and experience addressed to Nagpur District Collector and District Programme Coordinator, Nagpur and submitted to the office of the Dy Collector (EGS), Nagpur latest by August 14, 2015 during working hours.The applications will be scrutinized on August 21 and scrutinized applications will be forwarded to government on August 28, 2015, informed a press release issued by collectorate Nagpur.
