Nagpur: Green Heaven Kids conducted annual sports meet recently. The students, teachers and parents as well participated in the festive event enthusiastically.
The programme started with carrying of torch in a symbolic way by Abir Bagde, Kabir Dhage, Darsh Sharma and Niwan Shende from KG I and KG II. The annual sports event was later declared open by the chief guest Sheela Pillai, Principal of Raisoni Vidyaniketan. A melodious song was sung by all the kids of the school. KG I and KG II kids performed drill dance with fans which mesmerized the audience.
Sports events like Pick the trash, Tiger race, Serving the guest, Fish race, Balancing the ball and Balancing the book impressed the audience. An inspirational message to all the parents about encouraging their children in participating games and spotrs was given by the chief guest Sheela Pillai. All the winners were awarded medals and certificates. The programme was a grand success under the guidance of the Principal Aboli Bidkar. Director of the school Kavita Sharma appreciated the entire team work. The event was anchored by C N Deepthi. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mamta Barick.
