Nagpur: In a well-planned conspiracy, a gang of tricksters including a doctor audaciously sold vacant land of Rural Police Headquarters in Jaripatka area. The accused sold the land to a 45-year old man fraudulently and also took Rs 36 lakh from him over a period of seven months as the cost of the land.

According to police, the accused doctor Abdul Vakil Abdul Mateen Siddiqui (28), resident of Siddiqui Complex, Nagpur and his other accomplices hatched a conspiracy. The negotiation was done with Rs 7.70 lakh agreement amount. Thereafter, the complainant Mahesh Gupta paid Rs 36 lakh to the accused doctor and his other accomplices over a period of seven months i.e. from 27.2.2015 to 18.9.2015 as cost of the land.
