Chicken Alfredo
Seasoned, sautéed boneless chicken breast cubes and penne are bathed in a savory garlic and Parmesan Alfredo sauce of Italian cuisine. The result is a mouth-watering dish that can’t be beat!

Ingredients:
3 tbsp oil
1 bowl boneless chicken cubes [breast part]
1 tbsp garlic [chopped]
½ liter water
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
250 gms penne pasta
1 ½ cup parmesan cheese [grated]
1 tbsp chopped parsley [for garnish]
Garlic bread [accompaniments]

Method:
Take oil in a pan, add chicken and sauté for a while.
Add garlic and cook properly, pour water, heavy cream, salt, pepper and uncooked penne pasta.
Simmer for 15-20 mins until the chicken and paste gets cooked and water is reduced to a creamy sauce.
Add parmesan cheese and mix well.
Put it into serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with garlic bread.
