Orange City Water (OCW) is committed to supporting consumers during water supply emergencies. As part of this consumer-first approach, OCW provides free water tanker services to its legal consumers in specific emergency and essential situations, ensuring continued access to water and minimising inconvenience.

The free tanker service is available when consumers face low water pressure, when the supplied water is contaminated or unfit for use, and when supply is disrupted by pipeline damage during OCW’s repair, maintenance or new pipeline work. It is also available during medical emergencies, when water is urgently required, and for funeral and cremation rituals, offering essential support to families and communities during periods of mourning. Through this facility, OCW ensures that essential water requirements are met whenever regular supply is affected.

Through the Nagpur Jal Grahak Sewa App, consumers can register complaints, track their status in real time, raise service requests, pay water bills online and download soft copies of their bills, all from a single platform.

OCW also appeals to consumers who have not yet completed their E-KYC to do so at the earliest. The E-KYC facility on the Nagpur Jal Grahak Sewa App lets consumers update and verify their registered mobile number through a simple digital process.
