Four fraudsters, including 3 women, relieve youth of Rs 82,500 in the name of erecting mobile tower

Nagpur: A gang of four fraudsters including three women relieved a youth of his hard-earned money in the name of erecting a mobile tower. With nefarious design in mind, the accused Anjali Mehta, Ishita Joshi, Richa and Rajiv Kumar, all residents JMD Regent Plaza, Global Business Park, MG Road, Gurgaon, Haryana (most probably all the names and address fictitious), published an advertisement in a daily newspaper in the name of S R Company.

The advertisement lured of erecting a mobile tower in the premises of interested people. Unaware of the trap, the victim Mohd Nasir Ansari (22), son of Latif Ansari, resident of House No. 143, Samta Ground, Ambedkar Colony, Motibagh, Nagpur, contacted the cell phone number mentioned in the advertisement. The four accused from time to time asked Mohd Nasir Ansari to deposit certain amounts in the account given by them. Subsequently, Mohd Ansari deposited a total of Rs 82,500 in the account in State Bank of India, Central Avenue. However, when Mohd Ansari contacted the four accused, none of them responded to his call. Soon Mohd Ansari realized that he has been conned by the gang of four accused and relieved of Rs 82,500.

Pachpaoli API Kaiche, acting on a complaint of Mohd Ansari, registered an offence against the four accused Anjali Mehta, Ishita Joshi, Richa and Rajiv Kumar under Section 420 and searching for them.
