Five men of Nagpur Rural Police honoured with DGP’s Insignia, certificates

: Maharashtra Day turned out be a proud day for Nagpur Rural Police as five of its personnel were honoured with DGP’s Insignia and certificates for excellence in performing their duties for continuous 15 years.

The personnel honoured include Ramtek In-Charge Police Inspector Manish Thakre, Reserved Police Inspector Ghanshyam Javalsingh Chavhan, Reserved Police Sub-Inspector Rajesh Babulal Nagrurkar, Police Sub-Inspector Mahendra Sudam Sarpate (Khapa PS) and Naik Police Constable Ajay Murlidhar Tiwari (Cyber Cell, Nagpur Rural).

The personnel were presented with the DGP’s Insignia and certificates during the celebration of Maharashtra Day held at the office of Superintendent of Police Shailesh Balkawde. Balkawde hoisted the flag.

Other officials and personnel present on the occasion include DySP Kailash Gavde.

All these personnel were felicitated by the Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule at the main function of Maharashtra Day celebration organised at Kasturchand Park.
