Fire broke out in police camp at Waddhamna in the wee hours of Saturday. A fire tender was rushed to the spot and it brought the fire under control. No casualty was reported in the incident.

According to Fire Brigade sources, a police camp is being conducted at Waddhamna, 16 km away from city. Around 5 am on Saturday, fire erupted suddenly causing some tense moments. On being informed, a fire tender was dispatched to the spot and the fire was brought under control. Jawans of police themselves tried initially to douse the flames but it was Fire Brigade personnel who made it.
