An owner of a Finance Company was beaten up and a girl worker was molested by an auto driver and his 5-6 accomplices on Friday evening. The auto driver had purchased his three-seater vehicle on finance from the company. Some money matter led to thrashing of the owner and molestation of the girl.
The accused auto driver, identified as Ajgar, had taken loan from the Finance Company for purchasing a three-seater auto. Probably, the accused Ajgar was not paying the installments of the loan and was reminded of the same. On Friday, around 5.30 pm, the unidentified owner (48) of the Finance Company and the girl employee were present in the office. At the same time, the accused Ajgar and his 5-6 accomplices burst into the Finance Company office and started abusing and thrashing the owner. The accused later caught hold of the girl employee and indulged in vulgar actions. However, shouts of the girl forced the accused flee from the spot. The owner of the Finance Company immediately reached Sakkardara Police Station and registered a case against the accused.

PSI Naitam has booked the accused Ajgar and his accomplices under Sections 143, 147, 149, 323, 504, 452, 254 of IPC and searching for them.
