Fighter Crosses 150 Crore in India and 250 Crore Worldwide On 10th Day; Far From HIT Verdict

Fighter had a low first week of around 139 crore nett, but now the second weekend has given it some push to save its neck due to a raise in ticket prices. The film crossed the 150 crore mark on the 10th day and will add another double-digit total on the second Sunday. However, a big drop on Monday will again take it down.

Fighter collected approx. 10 crore on second Saturday, taking its total to 155 crore nett. Another 10-12 crore on Sunday will take it over 165 crore, and then it can add 12-15 crore more, depending on the new release next Friday.

The film is now looking for a 180 crore nett finish, or slightly higher, but it’s all in vain because it’s not enough to get the “HIT” verdict for the film. With a high value attached to its production and expectations from the names printed on it, Fighter should have done at least 250 crore nett in India. But it will lag behind by a huge 70 crore margin. Nevertheless, it saved itself from an embarrassing total due to a decent bizz in multiplexes. But footfalls will stay below 1 crore.

Below are the collections of Fighter :

India :-

First week – 139.75 crore (8 days)

Second Friday – 5.50 crore

Second Saturday – 10 crore

Total – 155.25 crore nett 186 crore gross

Overseas – $9.5 million 78 crore gross

Worldwide – 264 crore gross
