Nagpur: A violent fight broke out between illegal vendors and the staff of the pantry car aboard the Danapur Express, resulting in a physical confrontation. The situation escalated to the extent that a brawl ensued between them at the Nagpur Railway Station. Following complaints about the incident, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) has apprehended four youths involved in the assault and has sent them jail.

Despite the strictness of the Railway Security Force, the presence of illegal vendors in stations and trains remains prevalent. These vendors, now unabashedly engaging in physical violence, seem undeterred even by the fear of reprisal. A similar incident occurred on the Danapur-Secunderabad Express, where an altercation broke out between illegal vendors and the pantry car staff, leading to a chaotic situation at the Nagpur Railway Station platforms.

Reportedly, a dispute arose between illegal vendors selling water, cold drinks, buttermilk, and other beverages, and the pantry car staff from Betul to Nagpur. It is reported that the pantry staff had prevented the illegal vendors from selling water bottles. Shortly after exchanging heated words, the situation escalated into a physical altercation. This information reached the pantry car manager, who accommodated some of the illegal vendors inside the pantry car.

Meanwhile, the train reached platform number two at the Nagpur Railway Station. Upon arrival, another round of violence erupted from both sides, leading to a chaotic scene at the station.

Amidst the commotion, an RPF team arrived at the scene and managed to restore order. The four youths involved in the assault were apprehended and handed over to the authorities. However, during this incident, there was a brief period of chaos at the Nagpur Railway Station, with confusion prevailing among the passengers and bystanders.
