Nagpur: A fanatic boy first lured an 8-year old school girl with guavas and then raped her on Saturdayafternoon. The accused boy also threatened to kill the kid if she narrated the incident to anyone. The boy has been booked.
According to police, the 8-year old girl was returning home after her school was over around 2.30 pm on Saturday . Midway, the unidentified accused boy, in the age group of 18-19 years, lured the girl with picking of guavas from a nearby tree. Unmindful of the accused boy’s evil designs, the innocent girl accompanied him. However, the accused boy instead took the girl at the corner of a ground behind the school and raped her. After finishing the heinous act, the accused even threatened to kill the girl if she narrated the incident to anyone. But the crime came to notice of the girl’s parents who immediately lodged a complaint with Nandanvan Police Station.
Nandanvan API Ghodke has booked the unidentified boy under Section 376(2) of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act 2013 and Sub-Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 and searching for him.
